Barbie Jeep Madness

Boston's birthday is coming up so we asked him what he wanted...and he said "A Barbie Jeep". We carefully explained to him that Barbie Jeeps are for girls!

He then asked, "Daddy, one day when I get a little older and TURN INTO A GIRL, then will you buy me a Barbie Jeep??"

The look on Corey's face was priceless! We spent the rest of the evening trying to convince Boston that he will NEVER turn into a girl. This was tough, because he was absolutely sure that one day he would turn into a girl. I had a good laugh about it...but Corey is soooo worried. He is planning on making Boston watch all the Die Hard movies, and he is constantly reminding him that one day when he gets a little older.....he will turn into a MAN!!!

Thats so funny. dont you wonder how they come up with these things?
We got Krew the Rescue Hero Jeep for Christmas and it has seriously been the best purchase ever! We play with it every day! HIghly recommend that if your looking for a "boy" jeep! :0)

Bosty can ride the Barbie jeep at Numnum's house. At home I'd go with the Rescue Hero Jeep for sure!

That is hilarious! He must really like Avary's Barbie Jeep. I would've loved to see the look on Corey's face.

Susie, This is Melinda. I'm laughing my head off here at your post. We have a very blue, very masculine jeep at our house that our boys (and girls) love, and I'm sure you could find one for Boston as well. I'm sure he would be just as happy with a blue one. =) And just to make you feel better, Cam, who is now 2, loves to wear Emma's dress up high heel shoes and clunk around the kitchen in them. =)

Well you know with Corey not being into sports at all and loving to watch the ballet this was going to happen sometime. Maybe if Boston rooted for the manly team like the "Yankees"
you wouldn't have any explaining to do... Girls do play for the red Socks, maybe thats were he got the girl idea from. Blame it on Corey.

This is too funny Susie!! Since Coleman was the only boy in his family he always wanted a doll. His dad did NOT want him having his own dolly---so they finally found a cracker-jack doll that was plush--so he got his "boy" doll after all!

Oh Susie, that is absolutely hillarious! I think he's trying to tell you he needs a little sister. (even if it means getting rid of moose) :o) How is he? Behaving better? or do you still not like him?
