I am definitely one who LOVES quick and easy recipes, and I am a HUGE Italian food lover! I make this all the time....it's soo yummy!
Parmesan Crusted Chicken
4 chicken breasts
1 egg beaten
bread crumbs
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 C Mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Dip chicken breasts in the egg, and then in the bread crumbs.
Place in 13x9 " baking dish and cook for 20 minutes.
Poor spaghetti sauce over the chicken and top with cheese.
Bake an additional 10 minutes, best if served with hot cooked pasta noodles. Makes 4 servings
